Where has time flown? We are already hitting the month of May and are we preparing our bodies for the summer? More importantly are we preparing our bodies for the month of Ramadan? Just less than 30 days to go and we will no doubt be tucking into some delcious fried samosas and cooked down lentils with rice. But are we preparing ourselves healthier this year?

Why not aim to eat healthier this year by taking on the cheese game? I can tell you one thing about me and my little big family and that is we are an absolutely cheese loving family! Give it to us in any form and we will gobble it up fast. Theres been waaaay too much meat and chicken and carbs (my nightmare) on the blog lately so instead of hitting you all hard with vegetables i thought i should go full force on you with some cheese! And its good for you too! This is a super fast and quick recipe thats a bit fifferent from the usual. Less than 10 minutes and its literally sat at the botom of your belly with every morsel so good to savour and crave more for.

Its easy, especially after the holidays to pour green leaf salads into your bowls, especially after the guilt from holiday periods but its about time we started to learn how to enjoy salad in a tastier way without seeking to meat. And not to forget the aded benefits of losing weight and looking good. And this is exactly what Ramadan is about. Its time for a cleanse and give the body a detox. its really difficult finding salad interesting and being worthy of eating but this recipe is so good that you will be digging into seconds. Trust me, im a meat loving carnivore this easy number is a complete joy to eat! This recipe is ridiculously easy to make and it is one of those dishges that i would certainly include in my Hungry Hijabi cookbook that i dream of creating one day.
