My no bake tart and its a giant chocolate digestive, 2 amazing bonuses in a dessert!

 7 Digestive Biscuits
 80 g Anchor Butter Melted
 2 tbsp Cocoa
 50 g Raisins or any other favourite fruit
 3 tbsp Honey
 100 g Dark or Milk Chocolate
 5 tbsp Double Cream

Crumb the digestive biscuits and combine with the melted butter.

In the same mixture add the cocoa, raisins or any other favourite fruit. such as chopped dates, glacier cherries, figs or sultanas. Maybe a mixture of everything?

Time to bind it with honey. You can use dates syrup, golden syrup or treacle. Look how versatile this is.

Press the entire mixture onto a cling film lined, 8" sandwich tin. You can use a masher or a cup to level it all out.

Melt the chocolate, of your choice, milk or dark or even flavoured, with double cream. We are making ganache now.

Pour on top of base and chill for 2hours. Decorate with nuts or keep it plain or like me top with toasted desiccated coconut.

Take out the tart by lifting the cling film, take off the film and slice into 8 pieces. The recipe is very easy to follow and the tart shouldn't fall apart. Enjoy!
