Spaghetti is love. Honestly it really is. And the best part is that my children LOVE it so much its their favourite meal ever!!! (closely followed by pizza). The great thing about spaghetti is that the children can feed themselves. It may be a little messy but the slurping is great fun. Lets not deny it, we adults love to slurp spaghetti too. Its one of those meals that can be successfully eaten if you inhale it like a vacuum cleaner 🙂
Can we just stop? and take a minute right here? If i could give a recipe on how to eat spaghetti it would be pretty easy too:
1. Grab a fork
2. Do not rush
3. Never cut spaghetti (thats like cutting out all the joy)
4. Eat quietly (we need to appreciate the slurping sounds)
5. Enjoy!
My family really enjoy my bolognase. Iv always had a thumbs up from it and its probably because its a meal that can be enjoyed by everyone including the elderly and the babies (they both just slurppppp away and don't really have any teeth). What makes it so good is that you have one tasty base meal and can spice it up with extra toppings such as my naga sauce or green chillis or even cheese!
I would really recommend you mix the chillis and naga pickle together and then serve it on top of the plate the fragrance is so good, too good yaar, and you dont lose any flavour by mixing it all up in the pot. Serve with my zingy salad and I really hope you enjoy this one as we all do!
