SPICY KING PRAWN AND ANGEL HAIR PASTA
After homeschooling classes, I will be sharing with you another great 5 minute dish that is absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious.
Here’s a list of ingredients you will need
❤️500g bag of capelli angel hair pasta
❤️1.5tsp salt and hot water to boil
❤️2tbsp olive oil
❤️one onion
❤️bulb garlic chopped
❤️bag of king prawns
❤️1tsp hungry spice mix
❤️1tsp black pepper
❤️1tsp celery salt
❤️1tbsp Italian herbs
❤️400g tomato sauce
❤️1tbsp chilli flakes
❤️fresh coriander
If you love noodles then this recipe is for you. It’s very similar but using angel hair pasta it’s more pasta like. We really love angel hair Pasta. Please try it if you haven’t. It’s nice to try something new.

CHICKEN KORMA So everyone has a little chicken ko

CHICKEN KORMA
So everyone has a little chicken korma recipe and I have one too. Iv cooked this several times on my page, once a year lol And it’s very special indeed.
If you ever have wanted to have made a Superb korma then look no further and go and cook this number.
Chicken is my fortay and for all those who have followed Hungry Husbands other chicken recipes and have been pleased with it I can assure you this one is just as fab! Here goes!
🍗1. 5tbsp ghee and 3tbsp oil and temper or darken some
Spices: 5 bay leaves, 1large casia bark, 3 black cardamoms, 7 green cardamoms.
🍗2. Then add a bulb of minced garlic (12cloves) and 3" ginger minced maybe 4" if you like.
🍗3. After 10 minutes add 2 large sliced onions and melt with 2tsp salt. Don't brown the onions!!! Use water intermittently to melt the onions. This will take 20mins.
🍗4. Add in your chicken cut Into curry sized pieces. I used two baby chickens cut into 8 each.
🍗5. 10minutes later once the chicken has whitened add 1tsp Rajah mild madras.
🍗6. After 15minutes add the special ingredient which is almond paste and evaporated milk. Add half a large tin. This is what makes this korma uber special.
🍗7. After the final 10minutes add loads of slit green chillis and enjoy with @hungryhijabis zeera rice 👌
I wrote the recipe quickly because it really is an easy and #simple yet succulent korma! Try the recipe and be sure to give this recipe a go. .

Wait hold on, let me rewrite that. To the worlds most kindest mother who forgot to serve her children their daily greens...
No no. Let me write that again. To the worlds most kindest mother who couldn’t be asked to serve her children their greens, and decided sod veganuary and chips seemed more appealing. 😍
Yeah. That’s right.
Much better.
On this rainy and cold January day, I made cottage pie with beef mince and @heinz vegetable soup and I topped it off with a fancy, herby cheesy mash using a piping bag 💁🏻‍♀️
I know many of you may think that I go a bit overboard when it comes to decorating food but honestly, let me tell you that it’s the best way of getting your children to eat. Food that is appealing can really help your children’s mealtime a whole lot more fun. I should listen to my own advice and decorate rice and curry; maybe that way they would seem more keen to eat it, watch out soon il be making art with rice grains on a plate 🤪

CREAMY MASH:
❤️red potatoes half a bag
❤️knob of anchor butter
❤️1tsp white pepper
❤️1/3cup double cream or milk
❤️1tsp mustard
❤️1tsp salt
Mash well till smooth and pipe

Iv shared both recipes previously. Both pair so well together. One is a classic Indian and the other is a classic British. But both have the Hungry Hijabi touch.
I’m not sure about you but I would never opt for boneless chicken/ chicken breast from a restaurant menu because I find them so dry even @kfc_uki the breast I find so dry BUT cooked at home... that chicken so juicy 😜

Dessert sorted for the family today as @hungryhusbandcooks returns back to work ☹️
For Non bakers this ones fab! Like really fab! Esp if you are not a baking fan. This one is great for dads and the kids for mums.
INGREDIENTS:
❤️cake bars or any chocolate cake
-❤️Mousse- 3 eggs, 150g chocolate bar, sugar 60g
❤️Swiss roll
❤️1kg Chocolate custard (with cocoa1/4 cup)
❤️Whipped cream 1kg double cream
❤️Chocolate shavings
❤️Mikado sticks or anything you fancy @mikadousa .
❤️Each of these 7, make my 7 layers to represent my Hungry Family members 😀

There are hundreds of fresh cream cake shops around London and @nirala_sweets is the one for us ❤️
I’m going to leave this year with some thoughts of how how I feel about 2020 and life in general. For many of us it’s been a difficult year and for many of us it’s been a testing year.
I took this out @diaryofamuslimnobody who’s book I love to read everyday as it gives me such a deep reminder about our connections with our Lord and the people around us ❤️
“When I was really young dad used to tell me for every grain of rice wasted I would have to ask God for forgiveness 100,000 times. I wasn’t exactly sure how much that was other than that it was really a lot as there were lots of grains on my plate and rather than trying to work it out it was easier to simply finish all the rice. Throughout my life the message my dad had given me became a part of my subconscious and up until this very moment has shaped my perspectives on life:
❤️To value even the very smallest of things,
❤️to appreciate everything we have been blessed with,
❤️to think about others with less and
❤️to appreciate the Provider of our sustenance.
